Sintered wire mesh is made form multiple layers of woven wire mesh panel together using a sintering process, The Type A Sintered Wire Mesh product is a standard combination of 5-layer sintered mesh which has the widest application.
Type A Sintered Wire Mesh Five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh are combined as per corresponding structure, and then sintered together in the vacuum sintered equipment, compressed and calendered, forming a porous sintered material, This process combines heat and pressure to permanently bond multi-layers of mesh together.

Feature

1. High strength: after sintering in a vacuum, the multi-layer metal mesh has extremely high mechanical strength and pressure-resistance performance.
2. Uniform and stable precision: consistent filtering performance can be achieved for all filtering precision, and the mesh does not change during use.
3. Heat resistance: -200°C-600°C
4. Washable /cleanable, can be used repeatedly, thus support long working life.
